18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules. (2) Aged between 18 and 70 years. (3) With normal thyroid function tests. (4) With a single thyroid nodule with a maximum diameter >5mm and =40mm, or if multiple nodules, the largest nodule's maximum diameter >5mm and =40mm, and TI-RADS classification of 4a or below. (5) No current treatment related to this condition. (6) Provide informed consent, willing to participate, and agree to regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other thyroid diseases, thyroid nodules with a significant tendency for malignant transformation, accompanied by severe infections, infectious diseases, malignant tumors, or severe heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases, or genetic diseases. (2) Patients in the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, or lactation periods. (3) Patients allergic to ultrasound contrast agents or traditional Chinese medicine. (4) Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicine within the past month. (5) Patients who have participated in other clinical studies within the past three months.
