Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depressive episodes;2) First diagnosis, with no history of taking any antidepressant drugs, and no prior receipt of cognitive psychotherapy, physical therapy, or acupuncture therapy for depression;3) Aged 18–45 years, regardless of gender;4) Score on the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17): 7 < HAMD-17 = 24;5) Suicide severity score: "No" or score < 3 points;6) Able to actively cooperate with this treatment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Having any other psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, etc.;2) Having severe liver/renal function impairment, severe arrhythmia, or cardiac insufficiency;3) Pregnant or lactating women;4) Depressive episodes caused by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances.
