Experimental group:On the basis of routine care, a structured practice of the Eight Pieces of Strength exercise was implemented before and during radiotherapy.
Control group:Conduct routine pre-treatment nursing education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 - 75 years old, gender not restricted. Patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by pathology, who plan to receive external beam radiotherapy and the planned number of sessions is = 25. At the time of enrollment, cancer-related fatigue exists. Physical condition is acceptable (Karnofsky Performance Status Score = 70), and the expected survival period is > 6 months. Have basic communication, understanding and learning abilities, and can complete questionnaire surveys and Qigong practice. Have clear self-awareness, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are clear contraindications for exercise (such as severe heart and lung diseases, unstable fractures, severe limitations in movement due to bone metastasis, etc.). There are diseases that severely affect nutrient intake or absorption (such as complete intestinal obstruction, severe difficulty in swallowing requiring tube feeding, etc.). There is a clear history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness, and the individual is unable to cooperate with the study. In the past 3 months, the individual has regularly practiced Tai Chi, Baduanjin or other similar guiding exercises (at least 5 times per week).
