Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis (neck type); X-ray examination indicates altered cervical physiological curvature without degenerative changes; Aged 18–60 years, regardless of gender; Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score = 3 points; No other treatments or medication received within the past 1 month; Clear consciousness, able to communicate effectively, and capable of completing scales and questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Presence of severe metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, or other systemic medical conditions; or neck symptoms caused by other conditions (such as referred pain, radiating pain, etc.); History of cervical fracture, cervical surgery, cervical tumor, or osteoporosis; Diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination score < 17); Expected survival period of less than 6 months; Unwillingness to cooperate or inability to complete the full treatment course due to other reasons.
