Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for RA with damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. DAS-28 score > 3.2; 4. Age between 18-65 years; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. Inflammatory synovial tissue samples can be collected during surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic and classification criteria of the RA syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis; 2) DAS-28 score = 3.2; 3) Patients who have previously taken glucocorticoids, csDMARDs, and used biological agents, and have discontinued the treatment for less than 4 weeks; 4) Patients with unclear etiology of synovitis or those with multiple causes; 5) Patients with joint cavity infection in the knee joint; 6) Patients with other possible complications that may affect the research results (such as other immune system diseases).
