Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnostic Criteria 1.1 Western Medicine Diagnostic Criteria (1) Diagnostic criteria for stroke: Referring to "Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", cerebral infarction must meet the criteria such as acute onset of focal neurological deficits and confirmation of infarct lesions by cranial CT/MRI; cerebral hemorrhage must meet the criteria such as sudden focal neurological deficits or headache and vomiting, and display of intracerebral hemorrhage lesions by cranial CT/MRI. (2) Diagnostic criteria for PSD: Referring to "Chinese Expert Consensus on Clinical Practice of Post-Stroke Depression" and "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders", there must be at least 3 symptoms (including 1 symptom of low mood or loss of interest) lasting for more than 1 week; the symptoms cause clinically significant distress or functional impairment; there is a previous history of stroke (mostly within 1 year after stroke); the symptoms do not occur during delirium. 1.2 Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Criteria (1) Diagnostic criteria for apoplexy: Referring to "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine - Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes", the clinical manifestations include clouded consciousness, hemiplegia, deviation of the mouth and tongue, etc., and there are mostly inducing factors and prodromal symptoms before the onset. (2) Diagnostic criteria for depression: Referring to "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine - Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes", the main symptoms are melancholy and (dysphoria), emotional unrest, etc., mostly with a history of emotional injury, the condition recurs related to emotional changes, and organic diseases are excluded. 2. Inclusion Criteria (1) Meeting the above-mentioned Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria for stroke and PSD, within 4 weeks to 1 year after stroke; (2) HAMD-24 total score of 8-35 points, belonging to mild or moderate depression; (3) Aged 40-85 years; (4) No restriction on gender; (5) Not receiving other antidepressant treatments; (6) The patient and their family members agree to participate in the trial, have no difficulty in communication, can cooperate with treatment and examinations, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with disturbance of consciousness, severe intellectual disability, aphasia, deafness, or cognitive impairment; (2) Those with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, lung, digestive system, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, or other severe physical diseases; (3) Those with coagulation dysfunction; (4) Those with a past history and/or family history of mental illness, or those with a stroke duration > 1 year; (5) Those with alcoholism or dependence on psychotropic drugs; (6) Those with needle phobia, blood phobia, or those who do not cooperate with treatment; (7) Those who cannot sign the informed consent form.
