Interventions

Acupuncture Point Injection Group:Administer Ondansetron at bilateral Neiguan and bilateral Zusanli points.
Routine Group:Intravenous ondansetron

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the Informed Consent Form 2. Age between 18-65 years old 3. Apfel score =3 points / Koivuranta score =3 points 4. Patients scheduled to undergo gynecological surgery under general anesthesia 5. Surgical duration of 1-3 hours 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III 7. Body Mass Index (BMI) within 18.5 kg/m² = BMI = 23.9 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) 2. Preoperative nausea or vomiting, or use of antiemetic medication 3. Long-term use of sedatives or analgesics, or a history of alcoholism 4. Placement of a pacemaker, or local skin infection or allergy at the acupuncture site 5. Mental disorders or epilepsy that impair normal communication 6. Poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood glucose > 12 mmol/L) 7. Hypertension > 180/100 mmHg 8. Bleeding disorders or menstruation 9. Severe systemic diseases with symptoms 10. Refusal to participate in this study
