Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All hospitalized patients meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for inflammatory bowel disease as outlined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Monitoring of Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease"; 2. All hospitalized patients meet the relevant diagnostic criteria in the "Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (2017)" and the "Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn's Disease". 3. Patients are in remission (Modified Mayo score =10 or Simplified CDAI score =15); 4. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) score between 8 and 18; 5. Age =18, any gender; 6. Patients must be informed and consent to this treatment, and must read and sign the informed consent form before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently, simplified CDAI > 16 points indicates severe active phase or modified Mayo > 10 points, or requiring emergency surgery; 2. Planning to start or adjust corticosteroid or biologic agent dosage during the study period; 3. History of severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney failure, or malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Patients with severe functional impairment of solid organs; 6. Those who clearly refuse music intervention or have hearing impairments preventing participation; 7. Those unable to give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral impairments; 8. Patients taking anti-anxiety, antidepressant, or sedative medications.
