Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for stress urinary incontinence (2) Women aged 18 to 45 years postpartum (3) Female patients with normal cognitive ability and able to cooperate with treatment (4) Low back pain VAS score =1 point
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with urinary incontinence and/or low back pain who require surgery; (2) Patients with metallic substances in their bodies (e.g., those with pacemakers); (3) Patients with fear of moxibustion, moxibustion allergy, or coagulation disorders; (4) Patients who have recently undergone other treatments for low back pain and/or urinary incontinence. (5) Third- and fourth-degree perineal tears; (6) Chronic pelvic pain; (7) Previous pelvic surgery; (8) Malignant pelvic cancer; (9) Urinary and reproductive system infections
