Experimental Group:Auricular holographic copper Bian stone scraping + conventional treatment and care: On the basis of conventional treatment, perform auricular holographic copper Bian stone scraping,
Control group:Routine treatment and care: oxygen inhalation, atomization, anti-infection (such as levofloxacin), relieving cough and reducing phlegm, bronchodilators, etc.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD according to both TCM and Western medicine standards; (2) AECOPD severity classified as Grade I; (3) Age > 40 years; (4) Volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed the informed consent form; (5) Patients who have not participated in clinical trials involving other TCM characteristic therapies within the 3 months prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, brain, liver, or kidneys; (2) Patients requiring continuous non-invasive or invasive mechanical ventilation; (3) Patients taking anticoagulant drugs for a long time, or with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; (4) Patients with infection, eczema, or skin damage on the auricle, or allergy to scraping oil; (5) Pregnant women; (6) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction or mental illness.
