Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke 2: Shoulder pain occurred after stroke, and VAS score =4 3: Age between 18 and 80 years old 4: Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) > 20 points 5: Signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pacemaker or metal device 2: Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness 3: Patients with epilepsy or TMS contraindication 4: local infection or skin injury 5: Long-term use of painkillers 6: complicated with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases 7: Continued participation in other clinical studies
