Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity, body mass index (BMI) =24kg/m2; 2)HOMA-IR =2.68 and fasting blood glucose < 7.0 mmol/L; 3) The age range is 18-60 years old, regardless of sex; 4) Volunteer to participate in this study, and be able to cooperate with the collection of treatment and measurement data, and sign the informed consent. Note: Those who meet the above 4 items are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with secondary obesity (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.); 2) Patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes; 3) those who are ineffective after drug treatment or metabolic surgery; 4) Those who have taken metformin, thiazolidinedione and used other methods to lose weight in recent 3 months; 5) Complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, nerve and blood system; 6) Pregnant or lactating women who have pregnancy needs in the past six months; 7) All landowners allergic, scar constitution, coagulation dysfunction, allergic to collagen line; 8) Patients with mental illness and tumor, and those with communication disorder. Note: Anyone who meets any one of the above items will be excluded.
