Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Middle-aged and elderly people aged between 45 and 80 years old; (2) Those who have signed the informed consent form and can complete the entire experimental process; (3) No implanted objects in the body (such as metal or heart stents); (4) Independent in daily life and free from diseases that affect the ability to move (such as after arthroscopic surgery, angina pectoris, stroke, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary hypertension (hypertension caused by other diseases or clear etiologies), cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, and heart failure; (2) Patients who have suffered from acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, uncontrolled heart failure, severe trauma or major surgery within the past six months; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the liver, kidneys, etc. or malignant tumors; (4) Patients diagnosed with various acute infectious diseases, such as pulmonary infection, viral hepatitis, mumps, urinary tract infection, etc., and acute coronary syndrome; (5) Patients with severe peripheral vascular diseases (such as carotid artery stenosis, arterial embolism, aneurysm, etc. requiring interventional treatment), severe coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, severe cerebral infarction, respiratory failure, autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, etc.), thromboangiitis obliterans, etc.; (6) Patients with severe mobility impairments (chronic or severe pain preventing physical activity), obvious lower limb joint injuries or musculoskeletal diseases (such as severe arthritis) that impair walking or prevent completion of the test; (7) Patients with mental illness, dementia, Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, severe neurosis, etc., including those who cannot judge the therapeutic effect, accurately provide their condition or cooperate; (8) Patients who have participated in similar exercise intervention experiments within the past six months.
