Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hip fractures in the elderly in both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine and confirmed by relevant imaging examinations; (2) Unilateral fracture; (3) Having indications for reduction and internal fixation surgery; (4) Good compliance with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of hip trauma; (2) Those who have undergone joint replacement surgery; (3) Those with old hip fractures; (4) Those with severe organ dysfunction; (5) Those with endocrine system diseases; (6) Those with coagulation disorders.
