Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 65 years old, with migraine onset before the age of 50; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine with or without aura as per the Chinese Guidelines for Migraine Diagnosis and Treatment, with a history of =12 months; (3) Comply with the above TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; (4) Experience =2 migraine attacks per month in the past 3 months; (5) The patient or their legal representative voluntarily participates in the trial and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of inadequate response to three or more drugs used for migraine preventive treatment; (2) Use of prohibited substances or opioids (such as morphine, oxycodone, fentanyl, etc.); (3) Diagnosis of major depressive disorder (Hamilton Depression Rating Scale HAMD-17 score = 24).
