Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for ARDS according to Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine; 2.Requires invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for more than 3 days; 3. Age between 18 and 90 years; 4. The patient or family member is willing to sign an informed consent form and participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe obesity BMI > 40 Kg/m²; 2.Severe primary diseases and other terminal diseases that affect survival, including: uncontrolled malignant tumors that are metastasized to multiple locations and cannot be removed, blood diseases, and HIV, etc.; 3.Expected survival time of less than 48 hours; 4.Patients with neuromuscular diseases;5. Known allergy to the components of Bawei Dingchuan Decoction or those with allergic constitutions; 6.Pregnant and postpartum women;7.Patients who are uncooperative, or refuse active treatment.
