Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of cervical type; (2) Aged between 18 and 30 years old (including 18 and 30 years old), with no gender restriction; (3) The score of the NPQ Neck Pain Questionnaire is > 3 points before treatment; (4) Good compliance, no intellectual or language impairment, able to understand the content of the questionnaire and correctly express self-symptoms; (5) Subjects voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with fractures, spondylolisthesis, intervertebral disc bulging or herniation confirmed by imaging examinations, or with a history of neck trauma or surgery; (2) Those with severe chronic diseases such as coagulation disorders, hepatic or renal insufficiency, or infectious diseases; (3) Pregnant and lactating women, and patients with mental illnesses; (4) Those with contraindications to acupotomy and filiform needles.
