18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 18–70 years (inclusive of age limits), male or female; (3) Disease duration >4 weeks; (4) Patient pain Visual Analog Score (VAS) >3 points; (5) No other relevant rehabilitation therapy within the past month; (6) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of shoulder trauma or surgery; (2) Shoulder tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, severe infections, abscesses, or necrotic tissue; (3) Severe liver or kidney disease, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, psychiatric disorders, severe osteoporosis, bleeding tendencies, or extreme physical weakness rendering the patient unable to tolerate the procedure; (4) Long-term use of anticoagulant medications; (5) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
