Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed diagnosis of CD according to the diagnostic criteria in the 2019 Chinese Medical Association "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease"; 2) Age < 18 years; 3) Received exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) treatment and achieved EEN-induced remission without prior food reintroduction; 4) Good compliance and ability to maintain communication after discharge; 5) Provided informed consent and willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Critically ill patients requiring surgical intervention; 2) Patients with severe complications involving the heart, liver, kidneys, or other organs, or with serious underlying comorbidities.
