Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80 years; (2) No restriction on gender; (3) Confirmed diagnosis of malignant solid tumor by pathological biopsy and undergoing postoperative chemotherapy; (4) Patients diagnosed with cancer-related fatigue according to the "Chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for Cancer-Related Fatigue (2021 Edition)"; (5) Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score =70; (6) No severe organic functional impairment; (7) Clear consciousness, normal language expression ability, and good compliance; (8) No severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or neurological diseases; (9) Estimated survival =3 months as determined by medical judgment; (10) Voluntary agreement to participate in this study and willingness to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with other severe chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases; (2) with dysfunction of major organs such as heart, brain, liver, or kidney; (3) patients suffering from schizophrenia, affective disorders, or hemorrhagic diseases; (4) patients who are pregnant or whose spouses plan to become pregnant; (5) severe cachexia; (6) patients deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the investigator.
