Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for "Herpes Zoster" and has herpes and pain located in the skin areas corresponding to the 1st-12th thoracic nerves and the 1st-5th lumbar nerves; 2) Disease duration is less than 1 month, in the acute phase of Herpes Zoster; 3) Age is greater than 18 years old and less than 70 years old; 4) Patient has given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2) Neuralgia of acute herpes zoster outside the thoracolumbar spinal nerve supply area; 3) Patients with other conditions that can cause pain; 4) Patients with local skin infection, systemic infection, or coagulation disorders with a tendency to bleed; 5) Patients with severe systemic diseases (e.g., heart, brain) or a history of allergy to relevant medications; 6) Patients with renal insufficiency; 7) Patients with acute infections, spinal deformities, local anesthetic allergies, or other contraindications for epidural nerve block.
