35 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age greater than 35 years old; 2) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic CRS; 3) Cardiac function classified as Class 2-4, with echocardiographic confirmation of structural or functional cardiac abnormalities; 4) Complete hospital medical records, including clear TCM diagnostic information (inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and palpation), laboratory test results, and records of primary diseases; 5) Complete follow-up outcome information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with psychiatric disorders; 2) Patients with severe primary diseases or trauma involving the respiratory system, hematological system, malignant tumors, etc.; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients with incomplete medical records or lost to follow-up; 5) Patients with a history of drug abuse or other factors affecting observation; 6) Non-cardiac or non-renal reasons for rehospitalization (e.g., fractures) and planned hospitalizations (e.g., regular dialysis and access surgery) in the model endpoint events. Note: The presence of any of the above conditions will result in exclusion.
