Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer or colorectal cancer based on imaging, pathological, or cytological confirmation; 2. Aged 18–75 years, with no restriction on gender; 3. Have previously received chemotherapy with an oxaliplatin-based regimen (=4 cycles), and have not received other platinum-based chemotherapy; 4. Peripheral neuropathy has been assessed and graded according to CTCAE version 5.0; 5. Complete and traceable medical records and peripheral blood immunological data are available; 6. Patients treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine or Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with long-term residence in plain or plateau areas (=10 years, =10 months per year).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other malignant tumors or severe psychiatric disorders; 2. Serious deficiencies or missing key medical or laboratory records; 3. Presence of severe immune system diseases, autoimmune diseases, or acute infections; 4. Peripheral neuropathy caused by other etiologies, such as drug-induced, metabolic, or central nervous system diseases; 5. Other conditions deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the investigators.
