18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–65 years; either sex. 2.History of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) for =2 years. 3.Serum specific IgE =0.7 kUA/L to at least one perennial allergen (e.g., dust mites, mold, animal dander); if animal dander, history of animal exposure is required. 4.Meeting the TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for Wind invading the nose with Dampness stagnation and Blood stasis pattern. 5.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic rhinitis during the pollen season. 2. Those who have undergone any nasal or sinus surgery, allergen-specific immunotherapy, biologics, or systemic hormonal therapy within the past year. 3. Other allergic diseases in the acute phase, such as allergic asthma or atopic dermatitis, and other acute or chronic severe diseases deemed by the investigator. 4. Individuals allergic to any components of the investigational drug (Qifeng Shengshi Formula or loratadine). 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
