Green Environment Group:Green environment group : The intervention content is to carry out Baduanjin exercise in a green environment, and the address is in the campus or outside the campus green cover
Indoor group:The intervention of Baduanjin exercise was conducted in the gymnasium of Shandong Normal University for 12 weeks, three times a week, 60 minutes each time.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-25 years old college students ; a detailed understanding of the experimental process and acceptable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one or more of the following criteria will be excluded from the study. [ 1 ] Can not complete the action of Baduanjin ; [ 2 ] suffering from cardiovascular system, respiratory system, cancer or other major diseases ; [ 3 ] Color blindness or color weakness ; [ 4 ] suffering from eye disease ; [ 5 ] Have a history of acute suicide attempts ; [ 6 ] Have communication or language barriers, unable to complete the pre-test independently or with the help of staff ; [ 7 ] Other reasons why experiments cannot be performed.
