Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form; (2) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for geriatric frailty; (3) Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation belongs to the pattern of Qi and Blood Deficiency (); (4) Conscious and clear-minded, able to express opinions correctly, and capable of cooperating with treatment; (5) Age between 65 and 80 years old (65 = age = 80); (6) The patient or legally authorized representative has signed the informed consent form. Exclusion criterion: Patients who do not meet any one of the above criteria will not be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) MNA-SF score > 11 points; (2) End-stage malignant tumor, severe dementia with inability to communicate, acute myocardial ischemia or heart failure attack, New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class IV, acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders; (3) Whey protein powder supplementation, other oral nutritional supplements, or participation in other nutritional intervention programs within 1 month prior to intervention; (4) Currently participating in other clinical trials, or having participated in other drug clinical trials with less than 3 months since completion. Exclusion criterion: Patients meeting any one of the above criteria will be excluded.
