Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All cases met the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis mentioned above; among them, for the group of children with allergic rhinitis combined with adenoid hypertrophy, they also need to meet the judgment criteria for adenoid hypertrophy mentioned above. (2) Age 3-12 years old; (3) Children who have not received desensitization treatment; (4) The children and their families agreed to participate in this observational study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have severe deviation of the nasal septum or other diseases in the throat or trachea that may cause breathing difficulties; (2) Have major systemic diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, blood disorders or congenital diseases; (3) Have taken anti-allergic drugs such as antihistamines, leukotriene receptor antagonists or applied anti-inflammatory drugs like glucocorticoids within the past 2 weeks; (4) Have undergone adenoidectomy in the past; (5) Are in the period of upper respiratory tract infection.
