Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chief complaint of neck pain, stiffness, or limited mobility; Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Chronic Nonspecific Neck Pain as defined by the 2014 Canadian evidence-based guidelines for neck pain treatment; Aged between 22 and 75 years, either gender, right-handed; Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score = 3 on at least 5 days within the past week; Duration of neck pain = 3 months; No contraindications for MRI (e.g., no metal implants); Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of consciousness disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment; Suffering from severe congenital diseases, or severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system; Diagnosed with brain or cervical spine tumors, spinal tuberculosis, cervical fracture, or dislocation, unsuitable for exercise therapy; Age 75 years; Pregnant or lactating women; Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; Unable to undergo MRI examination or with incomplete imaging data.
