Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age meets the requirements of the study subjects, i.e., college students aged 18–25, with no restriction on gender. 2. Scores on the Body Dysmorphia Scale are above the median, indicating significant concerns about body image. 3. Normal hearing and vision (or corrected vision), enabling normal experience of virtual reality scenes and music stimuli. 4. No systematic psychological therapy, music therapy, or virtual reality-related interventions in the past month. 5. No severe physical diseases or neurological disorders (e.g., cardiovascular or respiratory system diseases). 6. No severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, etc.). 2. Currently undergoing systematic psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, or other interventions that may significantly impact emotional state within the past month. 3. Presence of severe somatic or neurological disorders (e.g., cardiovascular or respiratory system diseases). 4. High intolerance to virtual reality stimuli, such as a history of severe motion sickness, dizziness, or nausea. 5. Severe hearing or visual impairments that cannot be corrected to meet the experimental requirements.
