Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine as mentioned above; 2. Ascites severity is moderate or higher; 3. Expected survival period = 3 months; 4. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 5. Patient and family members have been informed and have signed the written informed consent form; 6. No history of allergy to Xiao Chai Hu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) or the study medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other primary malignant tumors or severe dysfunction of major organs such as heart, kidney, or lung; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Patients with ascites caused by non-primary liver cancer factors such as cirrhosis or tuberculous peritonitis; 4. Patients with mental illness or unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 5. Patients who have received other traditional Chinese medicine, herbal interventions, or targeted therapy within the past month.
