Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 60-80 years old; (2) Confirmed diagnosis of idiopathic BPPV with successful manual repositioning (negative Dix-Hallpike or Roll Test) after 1-2 attempts; (3) Meets diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis (-3.0 <= T-score <= -2.0); (4) Meets the diagnostic criteria for kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern in traditional Chinese medicine; (5) Able to complete questionnaires and examinations; (6) Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary BPPV (caused by trauma, otitis media, Meniere's disease, etc.) or central vertigo; (2) Severe cervical spondylosis or fresh lumbar compression fractures that affect the implementation of treatment plans; (3) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including severe arrhythmia, acute cerebral infarction/ cerebral hemorrhage); (4) Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperparathyroidism, or other diseases affecting bone metabolism; (5) Drug allergy, or recent use of medications affecting bone metabolism or cerebral vascular function; (6) Diabetic patients or patients with elevated blood glucose; (7) Unable to cooperate with cranial MRI, TCD, or bone density examinations.
