Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sepsis children:1. Min age0years-Max age18years;2.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine ; Western medicine diagnostic criteria : meet the ' 2024 international consensus : children with sepsis and septic shock ' sepsis diagnostic criteria : infection combined with new Phoenix Sepsis Score ( Phoenix Sepsis Score, PSS ) = 2 points is diagnosed as sepsis, sepsis combined with cardiovascular dysfunction is diagnosed as septic shock ; Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine : With reference to the 2014 ' high fever ( sepsis ) Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment expert consensus '. Healthy Control Group: 1.Gender: No restriction; 2.Age: 0-18 years; c.No infectious diseases; d.Voluntary provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Eligible patients were excluded if they met any of the following criteria: a.Age less than 28 days; b.Admission time is less than 24 hours automatic discharge; c.Cases with a large amount of missing information due to rejection of laboratory tests.
