Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years and =59 years, gender; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis, and allergic rhinitis scoring scale score =7 points; (3) Resides in Tianjin for more than 1 year, and has no long-term travel plans during the study period; (4) Willing to participate in the study, serves as the disease group, and agrees to provide biological samples; (5) Mentally alert, able to communicate verbally, has reading ability, and can communicate with investigators without barriers; (6) Informed of the purpose and content of the study, agrees to participate, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have used glucocorticoids, other antihistamines, or immunomodulatory drugs in the past week; (2) Those with severe pulmonary diseases; (3) Those with other allergy-related conditions; (4) Those with severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, or kidney diseases; (5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (6) Those with nasal diseases other than allergic rhinitis, asthma, or upper respiratory tract infections in the past 4 weeks; (7) Those who have taken melatonin in the past week; (8) Those with altered mental status, inability to communicate normally, or other reasons making it difficult to obtain accurate medical information; (9) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
