10 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A standing full-spine anteroposterior radiograph or EOS image shows a Cobb angle of 10°–30° with no identifiable cause, consistent with a diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS);2.Aged 10–17 years, with no restriction on sex;3.Risser grade 0–3; Nash–Moe grade not restricted;4.No previous surgical treatment or other non-surgical interventions;5.The participant and their legal guardian have been fully informed of the study procedures and details, voluntarily agree to participate, and have both provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with congenital or secondary scoliosis;2. Lower-limb length discrepancy > 2 cm;3. Presence of other serious underlying diseases or organic disorders, such as cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or hematologic disorders;4. Concomitant psychiatric or neurological disorders that would preclude cooperation with treatment or assessments;5. Previous or current participation in other clinical trials, or receipt of other treatments that may affect the outcomes of this study.
