Interventions

Control group:Acupuncture on bilateral Shenshu (BL23), Dachangshu (BL25), Geshu (BL17), and Ashi points
Treatment Group A:On the basis of the treatment given to the control group, perform bloodletting at Weizhong.
Treatment Group B:After needling, perform bloodletting at Houxi (SI3), Shenmai (BL62), Zusanli (ST36), Dachang (BL25), and Weizhong (BL40) acupoints.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above criteria for liver stagnation and blood stasis type LDH; 2) Age of subjects between 18 and 70 years old (including 18 and 70), with no specific gender restrictions; 3) Clear consciousness and able to clearly express feelings before and after treatment; 4) Voluntarily agree to participate, with patients required to sign the relevant informed consent form, comply well with TCM treatment, and have complete and verifiable data; 5) In the past month, have not received therapies outside this trial such as hormones, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioid analgesics, or related physical treatments, in order to avoid affecting the final comparative results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) LDH patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with severe and persistent conditions who meet the surgical indications, or those who are willing to undergo surgery; 3) Patients with a history of severe liver or kidney diseases, immunometabolic diseases, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or those at risk of life-threatening events, as well as patients with poorly controlled serious medical conditions such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, or hypertension; 4) Patients exhibiting systemic infection symptoms such as fever or chills, or local acute inflammatory reactions such as localized heat, redness, or swelling; 5) Female patients who are planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 6) Patients with skin diseases or other contact-transmissible infectious diseases; 7) Patients with abnormal blood or platelet indicators.
