the ceftriaxone group:Ceftriaxone sodium injection is intravenously infused. According to the "Guidelines for Clinical Application of Antibacterial Drugs (2015 Edition)", it is administered once a day
the Taraxacum mongolicum group:Use local fresh dandelion for wet dressing. Collect mature plants (15 - 25 cm tall, free from pests, diseases, and mildew) in spring (March - May) from pollution - free

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the Western medicine diagnostic criteria of "Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Skin and Soft Tissue Infections (2009 Edition)" and "IDSA 2023 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of SSTI", and at the same time meeting the TCM diagnostic criteria of "carbuncle and sore" with heat-toxin accumulation syndrome in the "Standard for Diagnosis and Efficacy of TCM Diseases"; 2) Aged 15 - 74 years old; 3) The swelling range of the lesion is 2 - 100 cm²; 4) The patient or their legal representative signs a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) those with combined septicemia, severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, diabetes, or malignant tumors; 2) pregnant women and lactating women; 3) those allergic to cephalosporin antibiotics or Asteraceae plants.
