5 Years to 10 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female child shows breast development as a secondary sexual characteristic before the age of 8; (2) Breast Tanner staging does not exceed stage III; (3) Serum gonadotropins and sex hormone levels are at prepubertal levels (basal serum LH 4 mm in one ovary, uterine length < 3.4 cm, or uterine volume < 2.5 ml; (5) Bone age is 1 year or more ahead of chronological age; (6) Conduct ß-HCG, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), and cranial MRI examinations to exclude intracranial tumors and other organic diseases; (7) Patient and parents agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Central precocious puberty with rapid progression; (2) Female pseudo-precocious puberty; (3) Precocious puberty caused by other organic diseases, such as gonadal tumors or adrenal tumors; (4) Suspected chromosomal abnormalities or genetic diseases accompanied by unusual appearance, skin abnormalities, or growth and development disorders; (5) Not meeting the inclusion criteria or unable to adhere to the treatment course; (6) Treatment with other medications or interventions; (7) Participants currently involved in other clinical trials.
