Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 20-35 years old (2) After medical history inquiry, vital signs measurement, and brief physical examination, the participant is confirmed to be in good health. (3) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form, able to understand and cooperate with the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The examination site (forearm) has skin abrasions, scars, or skin diseases. (2) Known to be allergic to alcohol, moxibustion smoke, or ginger. (3) History of severe bleeding tendency or thrombocytopenia. (4) Use of medications that may affect circulation or oxygen metabolism in the past week. (5) Long-term regular use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs. (6) Patients with Raynaud's syndrome. (7) Patients who have had a cold in the past week. (8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; female participants should avoid participation during menstruation. (9) Development of any acute illness during the study period that, in the investigator's judgment, may affect safety or treatment.
