Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for DKD and is in stage III-IV; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney meridian stasis syndrome; (3) Age range: 18-78 years old; (4) Disease duration = 6 months; (5) Baseline renal function meets: eGFR = 15mL · min-1 · 1.73m2; (6) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Merge serious diseases of important organs such as heart, liver, and brain; (2) Have used other drugs that affect kidney function or glucose and lipid metabolism in the past month; (3) Allergic to any ingredients in Qigui Resistance Decoction; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with mental illnesses; (6) Merge with other kidney diseases such as primary glomerulonephritis, hypertensive nephrosclerosis, etc.
