Treatment group:On the basis of standardized Western medicine treatment, combining Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Chinese herbal medicine
Control Group:Combined with a placebo on the basis of standardized Western medicine treatment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure, with heart function classified as NYHA class II-IV; (2) Mini-Nutritional Assessment (MNA) score is less than 24 points; (3)Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation consistent with yang deficiency and decline, stagnant blood and water retention.; (4) Age between 18-85 years, with no restriction on gender; (5) Signed informed consent form; (Note: All the above conditions must be met simultaneously.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe cognitive dysfunction or other reasons that make communication impossible; (2) Individuals with other chronic diseases that significantly affect nutritional status, such as malignant tumors, chronic gastritis, severe liver or kidney diseases, stroke, etc.; (3) Patients deemed by the investigator to have poor compliance and unable to complete the study as required; (4) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator. (Note: If any of the above conditions occur, the participant will be excluded.)
