Experimental group:Participants first received 3–5 minutes of training on the VR device and digital pottery creation platform, after which they engaged in immersive three-dimensional digital pottery c
Control group:Participants first received 3–5 minutes of training on the PC-based creation platform, after which they completed the same digital pottery creation task using a two-dimensional computer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) College students aged 18 and above. 2) According to the GAD-7 scale screening, the anxiety symptom group scored 5 points or above, while the control group scored 0-4 points. 3) No serious mental illness or cognitive impairment. 4) Willing to participate and sign an informed consent form. 5) Capable of completing digital art creation tasks (using computers or VR devices).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving psychological treatment or diagnosed with severe mental disorders; 2. Presence of cognitive impairment or significant physical discomfort that may interfere with study participation; 3. Experiencing pronounced physiological discomfort (e.g., dizziness, nausea) when using virtual reality devices or computer-based systems; 4. Inability to complete the study procedures.
