Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old = age = 80 years old, gender; 2. Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for CMVD; 3. Chinese medical diagnosis meets the criteria for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; 4. Drug regimen has been relatively stable in the past month, and willing to cooperate with follow-up and acupuncture; 5. Willing to accept random grouping, understands the study content, and willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome or revascularization within 3 months; significant valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, or heart failure (NYHA III–IV); 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, active bleeding, or coagulation disorders; 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. Contraindications to acupuncture, such as local infection, severe skin disease, or implanted devices in the chest located in a dangerous area for acupuncture point selection; 5. Allergy or contraindications to basic treatment drugs.
