Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All mothers underwent and successfully completed a cesarean section; (2) 18 years = Age = 45 years; (3) Singleton pregnancy; (4) Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis confirmed Qi deficiency and blood stasis type (refer to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Femoral Swelling Disease (Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Lower Extremities) (2017 Edition)", characterized by swelling and pain in the affected limb, fatigue, shortness of breath, pale complexion, numbness in the limbs, weakness in movement, pale purple tongue or with ecchymosis and petechiae, thin white tongue coating, and thready and hesitant pulse); (5) All patients signed informed consent forms and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy complications such as hypertension and diabetes during pregnancy; (2) Lower extremity vascular disease, hematological disease, or immune system disease; (3) Use of hormone drugs, anticoagulants, or other drugs that may affect coagulation function within 3 months prior to treatment; (4) Allergy to any component of low molecular weight heparin sodium or Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction; (5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other serious organic diseases; (6) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate in completing the study; (7) Patients with heavy postpartum hemorrhage and unstable vital signs.
