Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for frozen shoulder; Aged between 40 and 70 years, with no restriction on gender; Shoulder pain and significant restriction in shoulder joint mobility; Voluntarily participates in this trial and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; Those allergic to anesthetic drugs or with skin damage or infection at the shoulder joint; Individuals with mental or psychological conditions such as depression or mania, or patients with Alzheimer's disease; Patients with a history of fragility fractures; Pregnant or breastfeeding women; Individuals undergoing surgery or participating in other clinical trials during the treatment period.
