Frozen shoulder

Interventions

Functional rehabilitation group:Manual therapy, active range of motion training, muscle strength training, administered every two days for one month
Block group:Myofascial trigger point block with compound anti-inflammatory analgesic solution combined with functional rehabilitation, administered weekly for 4 weeks
Joint Group:Acupuncture of myofascial trigger points combined with compound anesthetic block and functional rehabilitation, administered every two days for 4 weeks

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet diagnostic criteria for frozen shoulder; 2) Patients aged 40-65 years; 3) Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =6; 4) No other treatments received in the past month; 5) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Exclude shoulder pain and functional issues caused by: Rotator cuff injury (complete or partial), shoulder impingement syndrome, biceps tendinitis, subacromial bursitis, deltoid tendinitis, supraspinatus/infraspinatus tendinitis, long head triceps tendinitis, coracoiditis, or acromioclavicular joint pathologies; 2) Shoulder dislocation, fracture, or ligament rupture; 3) Post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder dysfunction; 4) Severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, gallbladder diseases, rheumatic or rheumatoid diseases; 5) Bone-related diseases: Bone tumors, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis; 6) Pregnant women; 7) Coagulation disorders; 8) Local skin infection at affected shoulder; 9) History of drug allergies
