Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Patient (CRF) Inclusion Criteria:1. ICD-10 diagnosis of cancer-related fatigue;2. Moderate-to-severe fatigue (PFS total score =5);3. Histologically/pathologically confirmed NSCLC;4. Aged 45–75 years;5. KPS score =60. 6. Hemoglobin =100 g/L. B. Healthy Individual Inclusion Criteria:1. Aged 45–75 years;2. No clinically significant abnormalities in recent (6-month) blood, urine, liver, or kidney function tests;3. Absence of active infection, tumor, hematologic disease, or major cardiovascular/cerebrovascular disease;4. No history of bleeding events (e.g., fracture, trauma, major hemorrhage, blood donation) or transfusion in the past 3 months; 5. No fatigue that persists despite adequate rest.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient (CRF) Exclusion Criteria:1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Presence of psychiatric disorders or severe cognitive impairment; 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases or acute infectious diseases; 4. Skin damage, infection, ulceration, or trauma at the intended treatment site; 5. Previous acupuncture treatment specifically for fatigue; 6. Currently undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy or planned for surgical treatment.
