Interventions
Control group:Routine oral rehydration salts + pediatric tuina once daily, for 5 consecutive days
Intervention group:Pediatric tuina once daily + Mongolian medicine patch application (Shenque, Zhongwan, bilateral Zusanli) once daily, each time 4–6 hours, for 5 consecutive days

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for infantile diarrhea in "Practical Pediatrics of Zhufutang"; 2) Age 6 months to 2 years; 3) Disease duration = 72 hours; 4) Guardians signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and other acute critical conditions; 2) Allergy to Mongolian medicine or patch materials; 3) Concurrent use of other external therapies; 4) Skin damage at the patch/massage site
