Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine ischemic stroke and traditional Chinese medicine ischemic stroke; (2) Patients aged over 40 years with menopause; (3) Patients with complete traditional Chinese medicine prescription records during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with other cerebral diseases by head CT or MRI, such as cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, etc.; (2) Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction or failure, or severe hemorrhagic diseases within the past 3 months; (3) Patients with other severe comorbidities and complications affecting drug evaluation; (4) Legally defined disabled patients affecting neurological function assessment; (5) Patients with severe alcohol/drug abuse history or other conditions that may complicate enrollment or reduce feasibility as per judgment.
