Interventions

Experimental Group:Hongteng Xiaoliu Formula granules, 1 packet twice daily for 3 months
Control Group:Sanjie Zhentong Capsules, 4 capsules three times daily for 3 months

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed with adenomyosis confirmed by postoperative pathology; (2) Female aged 20-50 years; (3) Underwent uterus-preserving lesion resection; (4) Complains of dysmenorrhea; (5) Non-pregnant and premenopausal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) No histopathological confirmation or inconsistent diagnosis; (2) Complicated with ovarian or deep infiltrating endometriosis; (3) Misdiagnosed as uterine adenomyoma or fibroids; (4) Bilateral oophorectomy performed; (5) Premenopausal or perimenopausal status.
