Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Pain (2021); aged 18 to 65 years; duration of pain =4 weeks; VAS score =4; signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of comorbid conditions such as lumbar disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, or tumor; BMI = 30 kg/m²; pregnancy, coagulation dysfunction, or hepatic/renal insufficiency; allergy to acupuncture; receipt of relevant treatment within the past month; VAS score = 8 or inability to comply with follow-up assessments.
